In a 1-2 day seminar participants are introduced to Edward deBono's Six Thinking Hats,
a full proof method for defining and fine tuning all aspects of thinking. The system
introduces six types of thinking using hats and colors. The system provides a method
for strengthening problem solving by concentrating on thinking with one hat, one color,
one aspect at a time. Thinking can be brought to a new level of organization. Communication
can be enhanced by effectively focusing all thinkers toward measurable results, toward
appropriate solutions for teams, for meeting outcomes or for one -on -one communication.
Edward deBono offers just the right tool for team development, meeting planning, problem
solving and day-to-day top notch "thinking."
Styles of leadership are defined. Individuals learn their leadership strengths and then
determine what leadership skills each brings to the team's needs. Each team or department
uses its own issues to work toward solutions needing leadership development.
In a 1- day seminar participants learn how to identify professional and personal goals.
Once goals have been identified participants learn to translate goals into action items
that become part of daily life. Goals set cross borders to assure that both personal
and professional lives are improved upon.
A 1- day seminar that combines all aspects of finding and retaining key employees. Hiring
and keeping the best employees takes knowledge of job requirements, skills to conduct
behavioral interviews, understanding of all cultures and generations in today's workplace.
Interview teams must combine such skills with knowledge of all legal ramifications for
effective hiring. At the end of the seminar participants will have important information
and will have gained new skills as they role-play the interview, identifying the exact
competencies needed for any particular job.
In just 1-day participants learn how they best learn and how to become a whole brain thinker.
Important information on Brain Hemisphericity and several types of Learning is investigated.
In today's workforce, all employees and managers must know legal and cultural aspects of
working with a diverse population. Ignorance of another's cultural diversities, learning
diversities, or life style diversities can damage the teams; can reduce the possibility
of enhancing quality or productivity.
In a 1-2 day seminar teams, individuals can learn from each other, and from the presenter,
assuring a more productive, cohesive, and legal workforce.
