Our approach includes four steps:

Step 1: Needs Analysis.

During the Needs Analysis, The Learning Advocates partners with the client to determine the specific nature of the workforce challenge: The "Discovery Method" might take many forms, including:

  • Informal conversations with the strategic executive team to determine the "symptoms" of the challenge.
  • Confidential Round table discussions with all level of employees to secure input regarding the most burning issues that negatively and positively impact all measurements.
  • Anonymous responses to "personalized to customers" questionnaires that pinpoint the exact issues and the degree of concern over prioritized issues.
  • The Scoping of issues that are not mentioned but that are observed as contributing factors by The Learning Advocates.
  • At the end of the Needs Analysis the exact issue/s is defined and the hoped for results are also defined. Measurements desired are defined. The value of the changes, in terms of productivity, quality, and costs are determined.

Step 2: Assessments.

When appropriate, assess formally or informally the current skill levels to better monitor gains made through seminars, classes or changes in business processes. Read more about Step 2: Assessments.

Step 3: Classes/Seminars and Coaching for Improvement.

Specifically designed to increase skills in designated areas. Read more about Classes/Seminars and Coaching for Improvement.

Step 4: Follow-up Evaluations.

Evaluations are measured on 4 levels. The 4th and highest level evaluates progress over a period of time. In the Full Circle Solution the client must see positive change in the defining challenge that STICKS! Ways to measure the final solution are:

  • The solution is institutionalized, a part of the work culture.
  • The value of the new skill or change is acknowledged by all, with all able to measure the positive effect.
  • The positive result must impact in a way that aligns with the vision, mission, and goals of the company.
