In this course, participants will learn the role change plays in today's business world.
Once participants identify the changes in which all areas of business are involved, they
will learn an 8-step strategy for assuring effective change management.
Specific case
studies will bring home the need for a sequential process. Once the foundation of the
strategies has been laid, the class members will identify specific needs for change within
their own organization. The final step will be a plan that maps out and measures results
needed for measurable changes to become part of the culture of the company. Students
will leave the class fortified with a business plan that will result in greater productivity,
reduction in errors, or increases in employee efficiency.
(Team-Work & Team-Roles)
In just 1 day, participants will learn the 8 roles needed for effective teaming. By using
a Self Described Inventory, participants will select their own preferred team role(s) and
team work quadrant. Once class participants identify their roles participants will create
teams and work as teams to create a solution to their own case studies of team issues.
In this course, participants will explore the secrets and strategies for tapping individual
and team energy. Who would ever think that a fish market would contain the wise lessons
to improve morale and guarantee results? After learning the 4 steps used to turn around
an entire organization, class participants will apply their new found wisdom to their
own workforce challenges.
